Once your plans are submitted to the city, your project manager will begin obtaining quotes specific to your location. This will include all items that will furnish your space including kitchen equipment, walk-in/reach-in cooler, hood, tables, and chairs, etc. You will work directly with each vendor to process payment, coordinate delivery, etc.
