Once you are in the lease draft review, one of our project managers will guide you through the process of hiring an architect. The next step is an on-site survey of your location. At this point, the timing is right for you to meet with them to discuss and express your ideas and visions for space. Within a week of the site survey, the architect will provide a preliminary design/layout for your review. All parties will review and discuss, and the architect will make any necessary revisions. Once all parties approve, the process continues with the construction of your complete set of blueprints. This step takes several weeks. This encompasses all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing details. Once the blueprints are completed, the plans are submitted to the city.
