TOM WARDLOW

My background includes over 30 years in retail construction and facilities management from both the retail and construction side. In my career, I have managed teams of carpenters across the country executing interior build-outs for national retailers and fast-casual restaurants. I have extensive knowledge of interior build-outs and millwork. My areas of strength and expertise include working as a liaison, developing relations with both the franchisee and the construction team. I negotiate the best pricing with all related vendors for the franchisee, assisting them in the completion of their construction. I am a strong team builder. I enjoy developing people skills and building camaraderie as we work together to complete our goals. We are an experienced team of project managers that manage your project from LOI to completion.

We have over 30+ years of experience

in multiple projects working with Architects, General contractors, and FF & E (Furniture, Fixtures, Equipment vendors). Our team of project managers will oversee your build-out from start to finish. You will be assigned a construction project manager who will bid out the project to our network of general contractors and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, equipment) vendors.
