My background includes over 30 years in retail construction and facilities management from both the retail and construction side. In my career, I have managed teams of carpenters across the country executing interior build-outs for national retailers and fast-casual restaurants. I have extensive knowledge of interior build-outs and millwork. My areas of strength and expertise include working as a liaison, developing relations with both the franchisee and the construction team. I negotiate the best pricing with all related vendors for the franchisee, assisting them in the completion of their construction. I am a strong team builder.
