Upon submission of your plans to the city, your assigned project manager will distribute your floor plans to our network of general contractors in your state and request bids. Once the bids are received we will review them to make sure everything is included and to compare pricing. We will provide you our recommendation, but who you hire is ultimately up to you. It is highly recommended that you conduct phone interviews with your top choices so you can see who your most comfortable working with. Once you decide which general contractor you are going to hire our team will review and facilitate the signing of the contract. Once you receive permit approval from the city, your general contractor should be hired and ready to go.
